For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz ziti pasta

For the Sauce:

  • 3 cups marinara sauce

For the Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

For the Pasta:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Boil a large pot of salted water, add the ziti, and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain without rinsing.

For the Sauce:

For the Cheese Mixture:
