For the Filling:

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

For the Sauce:

  • Juice of 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

For the Chicken:

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Grill each side for about 6-7 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
  3. 3. Remove cooked chicken from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into strips.

For the Wrap Assembly:

  1. 4. While the chicken rests, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 5. Lay down some romaine lettuce on each tortilla. Add sliced chicken on top.
  3. 6. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. 7. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to secure all ingredients inside. Optionally, grill wraps briefly on both sides for extra crunch.
  5. 8. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with additional Caesar dressing for dipping.
