For the Filling:
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
For the Sauce:
- Juice of 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
For the Chicken:
- 1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2. Grill each side for about 6-7 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
- 3. Remove cooked chicken from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into strips.
For the Wrap Assembly:
- 4. While the chicken rests, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Lay down some romaine lettuce on each tortilla. Add sliced chicken on top.
- 6. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 7. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to secure all ingredients inside. Optionally, grill wraps briefly on both sides for extra crunch.
- 8. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with additional Caesar dressing for dipping.
