Description

Savor the irresistible combination of juicy ribeye steak and succulent shrimp, all enhanced by a zesty garlic butter sauce. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Steak:

  • 1 ribeye steak (1 inch thick)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 pound large shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

For the Steak:

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C) and ensure the grates are clean.
  2. 2. Generously season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature while you prep the shrimp.
  3. 3. Place the ribeye on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time according to desired doneness.

For the Shrimp:

  1. 4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. 5. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. 6. Drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice over the cooked shrimp while still in the skillet.
  4. 7. Plate the grilled steak, top with sautéed shrimp, and drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over both.
