  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed and sliced
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

For the Crust:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  3. 3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. 4. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.

For the Filling:

  1. 1. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. 2. Add sour cream and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
