Instructions
For the Filling:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil them in water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sweet potatoes with maple syrup, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mash until smooth and creamy.

- 4. In another bowl, mix chopped pecans with flour and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the sweet potato filling.
