Instructions
- 1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- 3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- 4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; do not overmix.
- 5. Lightly spray the preheated waffle iron with non-stick spray if needed. Pour about half a cup of batter into the iron and close it gently. Cook until golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes.
