  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 slices Swiss or American cheese
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices rye bread

For the Secret Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

For the Secret Sauce:

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and paprika until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

For the Patty:

  1. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and sauté onions until golden brown and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
