Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
  5. 5. Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or crusty bread, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.
