For the Frosting:

Instructions

For the Cupcakes:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
