For the Frosting:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
For the Cupcakes:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
- 3. In another bowl, mix eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently to combine. Fold in crushed Oreos.
- 5. Spoon the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 6. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
For the Frosting:
- 1. Beat together softened butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- 2. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- 3. Pipe frosting generously onto cooled cupcakes and sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
