- 3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- 4. Combine Wet Ingredients: Add eggs and vegetable oil to the mashed bananas. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- 5. Combine Wet & Dry: Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients while stirring gently. Do not overmix; lumps are acceptable.
- 6. Swirl It Up: Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter. Add about a tablespoon of Nutella on top, then fill with remaining batter. Use a toothpick to create beautiful swirls.
- 7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
