For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or an 8-inch square baking pan with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  4. 4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while stirring gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with ground cinnamon for the crumble topping.
  6. 6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top. Pour in the remaining batter and finish with more topping. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
