Instructions
For the Cake:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round baking pans and dust with cocoa powder.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- 3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients.
- 4. Blend on medium speed until the batter is smooth—about two minutes.
