- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
For the Creamy Layer:
- 1. Whisk together matcha powder with 3 tablespoons of hot water until smooth. Set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- 3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream mixture.
For the Assembly:
- 4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the prepared matcha mixture, just long enough to soak without becoming soggy.
- 5. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of your serving dish, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture.
- 6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with any remaining mascarpone mixture.
- 7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
- 8. Before serving, dust with additional matcha powder for a finishing touch.
