  • 3 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

For the Sweet Potatoes:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.

For the Beef:

  1. 1. While the sweet potatoes are roasting, heat a skillet over medium heat.
