Description

Hot Honey Chicken is a delightful combination of sweet and spicy flavors, featuring juicy chicken coated in a luscious glaze that will elevate any meal.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken:

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

For the Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Instructions

For the Chicken:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, cider vinegar, minced garlic, and hot sauce to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour in half of the marinade. Seal tightly and shake gently to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a lined baking sheet. Reserve leftover marinade.
  5. 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).

For the Sauce:

  1. 6. While chicken cooks, pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for about five minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. 7. Once cooked, drizzle the thickened sauce over chicken and serve.
