- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (or more for desired consistency)
- Food coloring (orange, green, purple)

Instructions
For the Donuts:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- 3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- 5. Spoon or pipe the batter into each cavity of your prepared donut pan about two-thirds full.
- 6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Test doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- 7. Let cool in the pan for about five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
For the Glaze:
- 1. In a bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk to reach your desired glaze consistency.
- 2. Divide the glaze into separate bowls if using multiple colors and add food coloring as desired.
- 3. Dip each cooled donut into the glaze and sprinkle with Halloween-themed toppings while still wet.
