For the Pasta:
- 8 oz spaghetti
For the Sauce:
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Seasoning:
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Prepping the Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in an oven-safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- 2. Cooking the Pasta
- While the chicken bakes, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

- Once baked, allow the chicken to cool slightly before shredding it into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
- 4. Mixing It All Together
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well to ensure everything is coated.
- 5. Baking Time
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly and golden brown.
- 6. Serve and Enjoy
- Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with fresh parsley.
