Instructions
For the Pasta:
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
For the Sauce:
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced pancetta until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
