  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun spice mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. 2. Season the Chicken
  4. While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun spice mix on both sides.
