- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun spice mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Season the Chicken
- While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts generously with Cajun spice mix on both sides.
- 3. Sauté the Chicken
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat until shimmering. Place seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream while stirring gently; bring to a simmer before adding grated Parmesan cheese.

- Add sliced chicken back into the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss everything together gently so each piece of pasta is coated in the sauce.
- 6. Serve
- Transfer servings onto plates or bowls, garnishing with extra Parmesan if desired. Sprinkle parsley over top for an added touch.
