Description

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

For the Pancake Batter:

  1. 1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, milk, egg, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until smooth. The batter should be thick but pourable.

For the Cinnamon Swirl:

  1. 2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Cooking the Pancakes:
  3. 3. Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour about half a cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
