- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Milk (as needed for consistency)
Instructions
For the Pancake Batter:
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, milk, egg, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until smooth. The batter should be thick but pourable.
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
- 2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Cooking the Pancakes:
- 3. Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- 4. Pour about half a cup of pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- 5. Immediately squeeze some of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top in a spiral pattern before bubbles form on the surface.
- 6. Once bubbles appear (about 2 minutes), carefully flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another couple of minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Transfer pancakes to plates.
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 8. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add milk as needed to achieve drizzling consistency.
- Serving:
- 9. Stack pancakes on plates and drizzle generously with cream cheese glaze before serving.
