  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or chives, chopped

For the Crust:

  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

For the Filling:

  1. 1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken breasts until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic during the last minute to prevent burning.
  3. 3. Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl and stir in softened cream cheese and chopped herbs until well combined.

For the Crust:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  3. 3. Place a generous spoonful of chicken filling in the center of each square.
  4. 4. Fold over diagonally and press edges together with a fork to seal.
