  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear each side for about four minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest.
