Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine leftover mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, chopped green onions, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls or puffs. Roll each puff in breadcrumbs for added crunch.
