For the Filling:
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
Instructions
For the Pasta:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
For the Filling:
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
For Assembly:
- 1. Spoon generous amounts of filling into each cooked pasta shell and place seam-side up in the prepared baking dish.
- 2. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
- 3. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
For Baking:
- 1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
