  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

Instructions

For the Pasta:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

For the Filling:

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

For Assembly:

  2. 2. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
