- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cook the Chicken: In a large pot of boiling water, add the boneless chicken breasts. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked through. Shred the chicken using two forks.
- 3. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce. Stir until well mixed.
- 4. Add Cheese and Bake: Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture. Transfer it to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- 5. Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
