Ingredients

Scale

For the Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

For Assembly:

  • 6 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh veggies (lettuce, tomatoes, onions), chopped
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

For the Beef Filling:

  1. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned and no longer pink.
  2. 2. Drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for about 3 minutes until thickened.

For Assembly:

  1. 1. Warm tortillas in another pan over low heat for about one minute per side.
  2. 2. Grab a tortilla and spoon in some seasoned beef. Top with fresh veggies and a generous dollop of guacamole.
  3. 3. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over tacos.
