For the Sauce:
- 1/3 cup Sriracha (adjust for spice level)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
For the Chicken and Veggies:
- 1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- 4. Toss in mixed vegetables and cook them for another 3 minutes until tender yet crisp.
For the Sauce:
