  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

For Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat Your Oven:
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. 2. Cook the Pasta:
  4. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the ziti until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 3. Brown the Sausage:
  6. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown the Italian sausage for about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

  8. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, browned sausage, marinara sauce, garlic powder, oregano, and cottage cheese. Stir until well mixed.
